Comprehensive Warranty Package

1. What does the Comprehensive Warranty Package cover?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product that arise under normal and intended usage conditions during the warranty period. Coverage includes repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to inspection and approval.

2. What is considered a manufacturing defect?

A manufacturing defect refers to a fault arising from errors in materials or workmanship during the production process. This does not include wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused after delivery.

3. Does this warranty cover labor charges?

No. Labor charges are not included under this warranty package. Any costs related to inspection, repair, or replacement labor must be borne by the customer.

4. Are transportation or logistics costs covered?

No. Transportation costs to and from the authorized repair or service center are not covered under this warranty.

5. Is damage during transportation covered?

No. Damage caused during transportation, handling, or loading/unloading is not covered under this warranty package.

6. Does the warranty cover misuse or improper installation?

No. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.

7. Is normal wear and tear covered?

No. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and performance degradation over time are not covered.

8. How do I raise a warranty claim?

To raise a claim, the customer must contact the company’s customer support team and provide:

11. Does this warranty extend the product’s original warranty?

This depends on the specific product and terms of purchase. The Comprehensive Warranty Package does not automatically extend statutory or standard warranties unless explicitly stated.

12. Is this warranty transferable?

Unless otherwise stated, this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

13. Are consumable parts covered?

No. Consumables and parts subject to regular replacement are not covered under this warranty.

14. What happens if the claim is rejected?

If a claim is rejected due to exclusions or ineligibility, the customer will be informed along with the reason for rejection. Repair or service may still be offered on a chargeable basis.

15. Does this warranty affect my statutory rights?

No. This warranty is an additional assurance and does not limit or override any statutory consumer rights applicable under law.
