We ship across India and select international destinations.

All products are dispatched from international fulfillment centers, including but not limited to China and Hong Kong.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery time:

  • India: 7–15 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions or force majeure events

  • Local logistics constraints

Delays caused by the above factors are outside our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout

  • Certain products may include free shipping


4. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

Most shipments are sent under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us

  • Customers are not required to pay additional import charges under normal circumstances

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delivery Acceptance

  • Successful delivery at the provided address will be considered customer acceptance of the shipment


8. Inspection & Reporting Requirement (CRITICAL)

  • Inspect the package immediately upon delivery

  • Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo/video evidence

⚠️ Unboxing Video Requirement:

  • Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video from package opening to product inspection

  • Claims of damage, missing items, or defects without verifiable video evidence may not be accepted


9. Transit Risk & Liability

  • All shipments are handled by third-party courier partners

  • While we ensure proper packaging and dispatch condition, risk during transit is carried by logistics providers

If damage occurs during transit:

  • Claims will be evaluated based on evidence

  • Resolution may depend on courier investigation and approval


10. Damage Due to External Factors

We are not liable for damage caused by:

  • Moisture or water exposure

  • Improper handling after delivery

  • Environmental conditions at the delivery location

  • Incorrect installation or usage


11. Delayed, Lost, or Stuck Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed:
